Walkthrough Integrating SharePoint 2007 with CRM 4.0 using the List Web Part for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0

1. Download the list web part for CRM 4.0 from this link

2. Install The List Web Part for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 on the front end SharePoint web servers for the entire SharePoint farm.
3. In the installation wizard Click Next.
4. Click the I Accept button.
5. Click Next
6. Click the Close button on the Setup Completed page.
7. Create a web part page to host the CRM list web part.
8. Click Add a Web Part.
9. In the Add Web Parts dialog, click List Web Part for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 check box and then click the Add button. The Web Part instance is added to the page.
10. In the edit menu for the Web Part, select the Modify Shared Web Part menu item. The edit pane is displayed on the right side of the page.
11. In the CRM Server URL text box, type (http://CRMServer:Port) and click the Go button.
12. Choose the Organization that you want to connect to.
13. Select the Record Type as Opportunities, Contacts, Accounts, or Leads …etc.
14. select View as Open
15. Click the OK button. The Web Part now ready to display the selected object type.
16. Click Exit Edit Mode on the upper-right side of the page.
